At present, YuSee Creation does not offer exchanges. Please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order to ensure you select the correct size.
Damaged or Incorrect product
if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Share your order number along with clear photos of the product at hello@yuseecreation.com. Our team will review your request and provide the appropriate assistance.
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable if your request for a damaged or incorrect product is approved after review. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
